The 7-Pillar Architecture
Each pillar depends on the one before it. Breaking the order corrupts leadership integrity. The architecture is structural, not symbolic.
Image Before Authority — Leadership originates in being made in the image of God. Identity precedes authority.
Stewardship Over Ownership — All authority and resource belong to the Lord. Leaders steward what they do not own.
Obedience as Source of Authority — Christ's authority flowed from obedience, not assertion.
Accountability Before God — Entrusted authority increases responsibility before God.
Formation Precedes Influence — Christ must be formed in leaders before authority is safely exercised.

KILM identifies five primary corruptions that destroy leadership from the inside. None of them look like sin at first.
Three Levels of KILM Certification
Certification is not honorary. It is stewardship accountability. Each level carries distinct authority and responsibility with a three-year validity period subject to renewal.
